As a Receiver, I am responsible for unloading shipments and ensuring all perishable items, including meats, dairy, and poultry, are stored at food-safe temperatures, followed by proper storage of dry goods. I monitor fridges twice per shift to uphold food safety standards. My duties also include delivering supplies such as milk, coffee, and snacks to various campus buildings, as well as organizing, packing, and distributing online-ordered lunches. Additionally, I clean and organize walk-in freezers and fridges, while maintaining a neat and orderly loading dock at all times.

I am entrusted with a variety of front-of-house responsibilities that ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. My primary duties are for catering event management. Here I get the list from one of the moderna teams and then quickly go and grab the items necessary and set up for the event.This includes arranging and presenting food attractively, ensuring all necessary supplies are available, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. I also play a key role in company pop-up events, where I operate the register and assist with customer inquiries, contributing to the success of these events. Additionally, I am responsible for restocking fridges, coffee stations, and chip shelves, maintaining an appealing and well-organized display. My role extends to the meticulous care of coffee stations, where I regularly disassemble and clean the machines to ensure they function perfectly and meet hygiene standards.I actively participate in catering events, handling the setup and takedown of food stations, tables, and drink areas.

With Rhode Island FC my main job is to get fans in the stands. Here when a customer is trying to get tickets to the game I try and accommodate them with how they like to watch the game, whether it’s in the cheapest seats or the best seats in the house I try and find the happy median for the customer to have the best fan experience they can have. Another aspect in the box office is handling the media preparations, assorting our media bibs by home/away/broadcast I assign out their bibs write media day passes out for them and ensure they are returned at the end of the match. Fan experience is another huge aspect for us in the box office, since guest services operates inside the gates we are the first ones fans come to with questions about where things are located/ with ticketing troubles I always help them as efficiently as I can with their questions and concerns. The program we use for ticketing is Unify, unify is the back end of SeatGeek. I’ve become well versed in this program over the last few months with practicing and actually selling the tickets themselves.

With the Johnson & Wales Mens Lacrosse team I come to each on-field practice and run the scoreboard, we run the drill times in incriminates that the head coach gives us on the practice plan so they can ensure they stay on track in a timely manner along with keeping scores for drills for him to follow. On game days Ive helped set up the field with moving the nets, setting up pylons and game balls. During the game I am in the press box running the scoreboard, taking down statistics of the game along with a separate shot chart (both teams) to give to coach at halftime for adjustments along with the second half shot chart for post game. Occasionally I will film for the teams huddle (practices and games) that the team uses for film and to study and make personal adjustments. Ive also worked with the sound system playing goal song clips of 20 seconds when our team scores a goal along with running on field practice music from time to time.

Here Ive worked with three sports so far being Mens/Womens Basketball, Mens/Womens Ice Hockey, Mens/Womens Lacrosse and baseball. Throughout these three sports I've filmed and done scoreboard for the school live stream. For all the sports I've worked with clipping highlights during the game so viewers can see these highlights for both teams listed at the bottom of the live stream incase they missed a great play. With basketball I have worked with using the video replay to get stats that were missed along with shouting these statciscs back to the stats person so they can plug them in. With hockey I've worked and become efficient in the NCAA genius program which is used for every stat/penalty/infraction of the game, printing these out and getting them to both teams head coach each period. With the programs I've used during office hours I have used boxout for the social media posts that include either a player/team with the final score or games being played for the day including locations and times for each one. I have also been working on rewriting the all-time stats and rosters for every sport along with sorting images of photoshoots and game photos by name and number making this easier to be found and posted for postgame media posts. I had even sportscasted for baseball and both lacrosse teams.

My main duties under this title was to excel in delivering friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service in a busy grocery store setting. Adept at working collaboratively with team member.Review the inventory on hand and promptly order what was needed. Open the store and set up/ turn on everything that was needed. Close the store and set the opener up with everything needed for the morning shift. Count out and close the registers at the end of the day taking cash profits out and marking them. Scheduling, I also got to move employees around based on where they were needed (Deli Clerk, Bagel, Barista, Waitress, and cash register. About this establishment: These establishments' grand opening was May 2023, I was one of the first five employees here so I had to quickly learn each of the four positions very quickly so the Bagelry could get off to an amazing customer relation start. We were able to conquer the hurdles of inventory, staffing and food management in a timely manner entering this uncharted area as the owners have not owned a Bagelry prior.Other Duties: work with cheese and meat slicers, operating scales, and following store standards on food preparation safety standards. Technical knowledge of coffee and other coffee shop products as well as customer service and communication skills. Assist customers with sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, check, card and layaway payments. Completed daily cash and credit sales.

This was my second job working as a server this place was different because I was only a server, I was uncharge of writing down orders and modifications for tables in neat handwriting and code for the cooks to understand, carrying out said food to the tables and grabbing drinks for them. I love this job because it allows me to create a connection with each guest that I get the chance to chat and hear their stories and what they have to say and potentially create new regulars for the establishment. When I come back home from breaks I pick back up at this job every time.

This was my first delivery service job where I was incharge of grabbing multiple correct food orders and delivering it to correct local houses within a 10 mile radius on time to prevent the customer from receiving cold food and getting a bad reputation from our restaurant.

Here at this two locations I was trained to fry food, prep food, cut produce, cashier, open and close the store inventory, rotating the meats and produce in the walk in and making sure proper food sanitation is being used along with serve food in a friendly manner as my basic details. More recently at this new Charollete location I have become more of an asset to this doing team huddles and figuring out where everyone should be placed to help create an assembly line type of work environment for an efficient process during rush hours and strengthening the team by looking at peoples weaknesses and placing them acdordngly while also training them more on their weaknesses during slower hours. I also come to this store store coming in directly after school to put in around 40hours a week. Where in my first month at the job I had earned employee of the month along with training for a promotion.

I like to keep my self busy, in my spare time for some extra cash I work as a delivery driver being the middle man for restaurants and businesses to the customer. I pick up and deliver items destination to destination. I hop on and work for door dash normally on my days of from my regular job or whenever I have free time.

At. this job I had went back to my first employer for a winter job while I was home on break, I was uncharge of making sure people got onto the lifts safely, ensuring I stop the lift to prevent injuries if someone had fallen, slowing the lift if the rider requests it with a hand signal, having conversations with the riders to create a connection with Mountain creek along with picking up trash beneath the ski lift lines to ensure the resort lift looks tidy and clean.

Here I began my second delivery job where I was uncharge of coming it around 1am collect my paper route that changes every date to accommodate people on my route that only get papers on certain days, then I had to go to my station and bag out papers according to the brand of paper and their proper color coded bag. Once I had bagged each paper for my route (200ish on weekdays 350ish on Sundays) I promptly drove to my given area and delivered each paper to the location they requested such as front door, front lawn, mailbox or even apartment door all before 5am where some people would be leaving for work.

Once arriving to a new Taco Bell location I was able to successfully pickback up where I had left off with out needing to be retrained. At this location I worked more as the cashier than with making the food items. I was the friendly face and voice you had heard when you first came to order your food and the last one you hearts you pull away from the drive through (Indoor closed due to COVID-19). I needed. to know. where every item and modification was on the point of sales system while also remembering their order and typing it in as they go tailing a little bit behind if they are talking fast while doing this in a timely manner to avoid a line hold up and delaying the line workers the chance to get started on the food as they order and create a line holdup.

Here I worked serving different weddings, golf outings and other events held at the venue. I set up tables for weddings and the food bar for outings carried food and drinks to guests, served food for guests, bussed tables, acted as a server taking orders and making mixed drinks, I had also aided in the clean up process collecting dishes and table linens and then began setting up for the next event for the following day the same night.

This job has helped me get my foot in the door in the food industry where I had learned proper food sanitation, customer service and cashiering, food storage and time management. I spent most of my time at this job working on the food line ensuring that orders were getting the proper ingredients and that allergies were acomadated while also doing these tasks in a timely manner to avoid long lines at the store.

I was one of the first people guests had an interaction with when renting equipment it was my job to help out guests pick out the correct sized boots, helmets, snowboards/skis and bindings for their experience. I was also uncharge of fitting the sizes for bindings, putting them on the board and skis making sure they were safe and ready for riding. This was vital because if one of these items were messed up it would ruin their entire guest experience leaving a bad reputation for the company.

At this job it was my duty to keep the dining area clean while also helping guests enjoy their experience at Mountain Creek; I had helped guest find the ski lifts and other areas of the winter park they had been searching for,refilled the condiments, wiped tables, took dishes to the back, vacuumed the area, helped close down at night to prepare for the busy mornings.

Here I had sat and sold tickets for parking, helped park card accordingly in a lot with no parking space lines to reduce chances of accidents and being double parked, kept the lots tidy and clean while also keeping in contact with security to report suspicious activity.
