Children's Harbor provides support and services to families who have a seriously ill child. We have 2 locations. Our Family Center connected to the Benjamin Russell Hospital for Children in Birmingham and our Lake Martin campus at Kowaliga. We offer an array of supportive services which includes:* Recreational Opportunities* Family Counseling and Support* Resource Assistance* ReferralAll of our services are offered free to those we serve. Children's Harbor serves families who have seriously ill children. We partner with Children's Hospital and have a full service Family Center connected to the hospital in Birmingham. We also operate a 66 acre camp and retreat center on Lake Martin where we contribute our facilities to groups who serve the seriously ill and disabled. When available, our facilities are rented by churches, businesses, and is one of the most popular wedding sites in the Southeast.
