I have worked in Telecommunications and Technology for over 25 years and have a wealth of experience in working all aspects of the Industry. I have been lucky to work in Sales and Account Management positions ranging from hardware, retail / consumer solutions, software supply to support on Vendors solutions, working for Vendors, for and with Carriers, supporting infrastructure sales for Business (small and large), Enterprise and Government. This has given me a good grounding in looking at all aspects of Integrating Telecommunications into the Business process. Following a successful direct sales career with the likes of Ericsson, NEC and Telstra, I moved into the role of Channel Manager at Aastra Telecommunications which led me to my role as Regional Manager NSW/ACT at Mitel, looking after approximately 30 partners across the region, and managing quite a substantial budget - over one third of the ANZ Number. This role was extremely suited to my personality in being focused on delivering customer service and building relationships based on trust and loyalty.Having brought the Mitel and Aastra partners together we achieved solid growth in the Region from both the on-premise and cloud numbers with Revenue increasing by almost 14% year on year. Reward and recognition for this hard work saw me attend Mitel Presidents Club in 2015 and 2017 together with Mitel's top sales people from around the world. When Mitel announced that it was moving its platform business to distribution, I transitioned to Westcon to run the Mitel Portfolio inside of Westcon.Following Westcon I relocated to Brisbane and spent just over 2 years working in Account and Business Development for Rauland Australia, providing Clinical Workflow and Patient Engagement Solutions to assist Acute Hospitals across both the Public and Private sector deliver better Patient experiences and enhanced Clinical outcomes.I am delighted to re-join Mitel in the role of Channel Account Manager looking after many of Mitel's top channel partners across Australia.
