Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: understanding our customers and their personas, researching market and customer requirements, defining the product vision, developing and leading the new product development roadmap and working closely with design and development, sales and marketing to ensure profitable revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This also includes ensuring that the category strategy and product supports Cornerstone Building brand’s overall strategy and goals.

• Build and establish trusting relationships with a broad network of professional colleagues, subcontractors and team members to ensure excellent quality delivered within a reasonable timeframe.• Ensure that completed work meets or exceeds project specifications and quality standards. • Plan, develop and organize the team to provide a finished project within time, quality and budget• Effectively communicate to represent the company and project team in a professional manner to clients• Conduct and perform site inspections during various stages to ensure quality and timeliness of project• Analyze and review trade proposals and select the appropriate partners for each stage of the project• Act as a link between clients and trades to review work and issue reports on clients’ behalf• Monitor project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
