Opus Design-Build, LLC.Assisted real estate managers in pursuit and sales efforts, lease negotiations, pro forma management of internal, build-to-suit lease, or fee based projects.Lead construction contract negotiations, project programming, entitlement, design team formulation, design efforts, and pre-construction services. Performed as project manager and/or formulated, managed, motivated and developed project management teams which performed conceptual design, cost modeling, pre-construction services, project management and field operations. Ancillary duties include human resource management and mentoring, preparation and implementation of quality control and safety programs, cost management, billing and bottom line accounting responsibilities.
