You receive the same focus, attention and guarantees as you would enjoy in a retained search while limiting your exposure.This type of search requires an initial non-refundable fee of 10% of the estimated annual compensation for the position offered, however, this fee is transferable to another position should the you fill the position internally and/or hire someone applying directly to the company.Advantage of “Engaged Search” as compared to a “Retained Search”:• Minimal fee required before completion of search.• Fee is transferable.
