• Manage a modest portfolio of individual prospects/donors while seeking to expand the CCS donor base by identifying, meeting, and soliciting potential contributors. • Assist with donor stewardship, including preparation of donor reports and developing compelling communications. • Work with CCS leadership to manage foundation/corporate giving, including preparation of high-quality fundraising proposals and reports for foundations, corporations, donor and grant organizations. • Collaborate with the director of the Honor Roll (annual leadership giving group of $2,500+ donors) to help grow the membership, identification of prospects, and solicitation of gifts, including organization of events. • With CCS leadership, contribute to CCS fundraising strategy and planning and be an important spokesperson and representative for CCS, our co-sponsored schools, work, and mission. • Implement best practices in project management to ensure performance outcomes are achieved, deadlines are met within budget, department objectives and timelines are adhered to and managed according to expectations. • With input from the CCS team, work closely with leadership and the chief of staff to develop and manage the CCS communication plan, to raise awareness about CCS, expand the donor base and steward current supporters.

Responsible for developing and sustaining lasting constituent relationships with Xaverian alumni, current parents, and parents of alumni via rich networking opportunities, strategic programming, and strong, segmented communications efforts.

Responsible for all aspects of the school’s $1.4 million annual fund. Manage and implement the annual fund, which includes identifying, cultivating, and soliciting leadership gift prospects; developing solicitation themes; recruiting and managing volunteers; preparing effective correspondences; developing a comprehensive reunion giving program; and managing the recurring gift program. Other duties include oversight of planned giving and assistance with capital giving initiatives.

Assist with the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gifts from individuals and foundations as part of the major gifts team; develop a vibrant planned giving program; work with the Assistant Headmaster for Advancement to implement and oversee a comprehensive capital campaign plan that meets the school’s priority fundraising initiatives.

Facilitated the Catholic, Jesuit mission and identity of Loyola Marymount University via the following:Ministered and managed the Contemplatives in Action Peer Ministry Program, a vocational discernment program for some six to twelve students.Oversaw the Agape Latte Speaker Series, Ignacio Companions faith-based service immersion trip, and the reestablishment of the Jesuit Alumni Club.Provided a pastoral presence to some two-hundred and fifty students in a first-year area residence hall.

Major responsibilities entailed writing about the full nature of a Saint John’s education and building relationships with the local media so that they would share the story of the school with the broader public. More specific duties included publishing the headmaster's newsletters, the school magazine, the annual report, and managing the school website. Additional responsibilities included teaching two sections of Computer Applications to sophomore students.

Primarily assist with the preparation and management of the two summer conferences offered by this consulting firm for Catholic school advancement offices. Specific tasks include assistance with the preparation of conference materials and the conference space, audio/visual setup, serving as events photographer, and preparing a closing video for conference participants. A secondary duty includes management of the Partners in Mission website.

Serve as a mentor and role-model to Boston College undergraduate students, primarily first-year students, working closely with the Office of Residential Life and Office of Campus Ministry.

Collaborated with the Assistant Headmaster for Advancement, Director of Alumni, and Director of Communications on special events planning preparation, rich media production, photography, and website design and implementation.
