Given the opportunity to rediscover the industry that started my career. Joined the social media team at Reprise Digital under the IPG Mediabrands umbrella. Managed several accounts such as Ford Malaysia, UMobile, GoPayz and Air Selangor with a team of executives. Managing these accounts during the pandemic was a challenge for brands to fully utilise budgets.My short stint with the team was due to an opportunity to move to Singapore.

A fresh challenge and more responsibilities to take on at Motiofixo. After ten years of experience, Motiofixo is an Agency that needs an injection of fresh ideas and direction. I was brought in to spearhead the direction given by the heads of the company.I was tasked and entrusted with the following:- Talent acquisition and team expansion - Building an efficient and effective structure for internal and external workflow. - Maintaining relationship with Clients- Building Motiofixo's reputation - Implementing fresh SOP's and roles segregation - Oversee team of Account Executives and all existing projects and Client's - Business development - Initiate internal get togethers and improve relationships and culture- Work the team towards a quarterly KPIThe first two quarters of my time with Motiofixo had seen Client's like Shell, Alcon, Warner Music, Altimet, IPC, KLCC Convention Centre and Pernec appointed us as their Creative/Production Agency.

After completing my three months internship at VLT, I jumped at the opportunity to work with them full time having enjoyed and learnt bundles during my stint here. As a full time at VLT, I was given the opportunity as an Account Executive role specifically for BMW Malaysia account. Here are the specific responsibilities in which I have carried out: BMW Malaysia website - For BMW Malaysia website, I was tasked as the person in charge to ensure website maintenance in terms of content and campaign updates are delivered - Proposing sales and strategies on campaign execution for better reception - Person in charge of the website revamp and transition to Adobe Experience Manager 6 (AEM6) - Monthly reporting of website performance presented to Client - Costings for out of scope projectsBMW Social Media Platforms - Assist in ad hoc social postings for Facebook and Instagram - Event attendance for social media coverage - Execution of campaigns With the above responsibilities, I have been guided and lead to take on a hybrid roles of execution, sales, management and strategy/planning. Selling of ideas proposed by Creative team and its relevance and benefits when delivering the brand to consumers. Ultimately ensuring Client's request are delivered and campaign engagement provides growth to overall brand. Summary of learnings: Never stop hustling.

The last stop in my quest to explore various industries. Three months of internship (Degree) at VLT was a great learning experience and applying what I've learned from my previous companies. In my internship period, I've assisted and managed Clients such as Munchy's, Astro World of Movies, and Astro Supersport accounts. My responsibilities:- Servicing Client's needs for daily social media campaigns- Communicate deliverable's internally with Creative team- Responsible and person in charge of Euro 2016 social media campaignIn this internship, I was led by strong individuals in the Client Servicing department to carry out materials and deliverables based on the Client's brief. With this, it has taught me various skills like multitasking, quality of work, Client servicing, and much more. Summary of learning: Be fluid and be ready to use every ounce of your skills

After Red Archer, I continued my quest in exploring other industries. The Star Publication was my next stint for 6 months (internship) where I learnt what it takes to be a journalist. Stationed in the sports section, I was given the chance to cover various sporting events and interview international and local athletes. This has taught the general process of how to produce articles and how to run stories from press releases. At the same time, I was required to travel frequently, hence this made me a go-getter for stories.Summary of learning: You want that story, go and get it
