- Simplified the markdown execution system design from 8 legacy components to 3 AWS components for Grocery Inventory Optimization using Lambda in Java, ECS Fargate, DynamoDB, Kinesis stream, and CDK in Typescript.- Conducted more than 100 times of phone screens and in-person interviews for SDE roles. - Contributed to transforming AmazonFresh to Ultra Fast Grocery in time by delivering item inventory availability vending service under tight schedule.- Led and developed a feature set in multiple components to support a special format of grocery pickup service by working closely with PM, TPM, and partner teams.- Enabled business data analysis capability and improved operation data analysis by building data pipelines from service logs to Redshift database for Fresh availability using Kinesis stream.- Scaled Fresh availability service for traffic increases due to seasonal reasons, special events, and regional expansions by planning and conducting system load tests.- Contributed to AmazonFresh migration to amazon.com by developing and successfully launching the inventory and delivery availability service that handles requests at ~400 TPS daily peak and ~1000 TPS yearly peak.
