I guide client organizations to define requirements to select and integrate productivity-enhancing technologies and to achieve business process optimization. A couple of highlight projects include:► Part of a project for a large water district serving 19 million residents, developing a multi-year roadmap to move the district from paper-oriented records management to a full records and information governance program. After interviewing staff from all areas of the district, we delivered a records program assessment using the ARMA Maturity Model, a technology assessment, a staffing assessment and a multi-year roadmap for the district’s records program and staffing and technology ecosystems, along with defining requirements for an ECM solution. ► Led a project for Loyola University of Chicago to establish an enterprise approach to Enterprise Content Management (ECM). I performed a business and technical assessment across a broad range of administrative departments to establish the value proposition for an enterprise approach and the requirements for an RFP. I also evaluated the viability of existing ECM systems. The university procured an ECM system and reached over 75 percent operational status within three years.
