Hello, and Thanks for visiting my Linked In profile.I am the Managing Director and one of the owners of a family-run full service employment/staffing firm based in New Haven, CT. My father opened the firm in 1978 and I joined in 1994 after working and traveling on my own after graduating from The University of Connecticut in 1991. Our firm specializes in sales, marketing, accounting, finance, human resources, legal, transportation/logistics international and domestic. We focus primarily on middle-management to C-Level positions, salaries that range from $75,000 to $400,000. We also handle senior level positions in boutique and small investment banks and M&A firms.We have a contract staffing division that supplies administrative and clerical support staff to a variety of industries including legal, non-profit and for-profit companies.We provide a top-notch service that focuses on quality not quantity. We used to be part of a large international staffing corporation and left to become more independent. We have the same skills/tools/resources of the big guys, but have the feel and understanding of a small boutique.
