• Providing program technical guidance, supporting Airservices Flight Information Management System (FIMS) operationalisation.• Technical Project Manager for the FIMS Prototype in-field trials, Development of trial scenarios and design of the hybrid real world/virtual complex airspace overlay.

• Led the development of a proof of concept for managing uncrewed stratospheric operations, exploring volume-based strategic deconfliction, aeronautical data flows between crewed and uncrewed airspace users, as well as uncrewed traffic management system architectures.• Led Airservices’ collaborative thought leadership initiative to develop a concept of operations on urban air mobility that informs how Australia can prepare for these new types of services to commence and to scale.• Provided technical input to inform aeronautical information management requirements to support uncrewed aircraft traffic management integration

• Developed airspace modernisation service initiatives in support of Airservices’ transition to the new Civil Military Air Traffic System in order to achieve the benefits as identified in the supporting business case.

• Provided operationally efficient and ICAO compliant design services to new and revised instrument approach, landing and departure procedures. • Experience with designing conventional, satellite based and precision instrument flight procedures.

• Designed airspace volumes, routes, departure and arrival flight paths in support of equitable use of airspace supporting community considerations. • Established international dialogue with neighbouring countries to align aeronautical information on adjoining route structures outside of Australian airspace.

• Developed guidance material, procedures and training modules for the newly established Airservices Network Co-ordination Centre.• Executed Airservices’ daily Pre-Tactical Network Operations Plan, comprising Air Traffic Flow Management, Business continuity and crisis management plans.

• Provided on-the-job training and supervision of trainee crew members.• Operated as crew across Sydney ferries fleet and network.

• Followed Australian Qualification Frameworks for competency based training in the maritime industry.
