The role predominantly involved specimen preparation, test execution and data analysis to various engineering standards (e.g. BS/DNV/ISO), with exposure to client meetings and project management. Was also responsible for the internal calibration of dimensional measuring equipment, performing annual accreditation testing, and acting as a buddy for new starters. Selected for internal development training program after two years, studying part-time and achieving a BEng degree.
