This includes reviewing Contractors Inspection and Test Plans for conformance, reviewing test certificates, survey data adherence to their Quality Plan for earthworks, pavement and concrete construction related to road construction and reviewing finished works to see if they match drawings. See Highlights below. • Surveillance of the Contractors works practices, including bridge piling construction, earthworks and pavement placement, drainage placement, spray seal and asphalt placement in accordance with the Contractors Inspection and Test Plan and Work Method Statements.• Assist in Site Surveillance of the Contractors Traffic Control Plans and adherence to the Traffic Control at Worksites Manual,• Review of Contractors Health and Safety procedures, in particular Pre-starts and sign on sheets.
