I have always been the person who will focus on culture and employee development above anything else. These explorers have been constrained to think, “what’s the point?”So, how do we, as leaders, give back control while bolstering autonomy to give these once-thriving individuals the tools to navigate discomfort?This is our challenge! A challenge that goes beyond the workplace, and a challenge I fully expect to make a difference on. During my personal life, I have a loving and pretty amazing wife who has been my inspiration to achieve more and always find a way to expand my potential. And my pride and joy of a son, Jimmy, who I get to relearn the world with has truly been a blessing I don't feel I deserve, but I love being his father.
