I created Sigma Physique against industry trends to provide the highest quality expertise and facilities to guide clients along the most direct path to their fitness goals. With this goal in mind, first and foremost I place a strong emphasis on fundamentals, both in training and nutrition. I also encourage my clients to take a 'wider scope' approach to their health and fitness. This may be as simple as working on mental preparation, through to assistance in 'macro' to their lifestyle, whilst being palpably aware of staying within my expertise.A focus on continuing education, allows me to stay at the forefront of the fitness/bodybuilding industry.
