Senior Project Manager / Customer Success Manager
CurrentProject Management: Overseeing customer onboarding and project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and the Engage platform is deployed efficiently to meet client objectives.Platform Configuration: Collaborating with clients to gather setup data and configure the Engage platform to match their specific needs.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing hands-on support during the implementation process, addressing any technical issues, and coordinating with Product and Engineering teams for escalated concerns.Customer Success: Acting as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, driving product adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within client accounts.Customer Support: Assisting with customer support both during regular business hours and on a rotational schedule for non-business hours (nights and weekends).In my role, I ensure that customer implementations run smoothly and clients continue to derive long-term value from the Engage platform.
