As Principal & Executive Vice President of Business Insurance in Arizona for Marsh McLennan Agency, I am responsible for the overall culture, strategy, growth, and delivery of our business insurance team in the region. In this role, I led the commercial risk and health teams in these geographies, overseeing the development and execution of client strategies, business development, talent management, and operational excellence. I also developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, insurance carrier partners, industry associations, and contributed to several regional and national initiatives and projects.
