This position leverages my deep knowledge in transfer pricing audits and international tax policy gained from previous leadership at OECD-UNDP Tax Inspectors Without Borders initiative and Head of International Tax at the Kenya Revenue Authority involved in local, regional and international tax reform initiatives including OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting project.My strong dedication to Africa's economic advancement through promoting enhanced tax compliance is evidenced through the years of work shaping international tax policy and assisting in ensuring appropriate implementation of international tax rules whether as a member of the Kenya Revenue Authority or as an advisor to our corporate clients. My strength has been in building bridges of understanding and trust between our clients and the KRA towards speedy resolution of disputes and prompt settlement of correct taxes in accordance to law.
