As Marketing & Events Manager, I oversaw all marketing initiatives; website, brochures, email blasts, other outreach to client base, actively solicited and contracted appropriate clients, brands and accounts to activate Time Warner Center with experiential marketing campaigns, product/media launches, press conferences, created and implemented cross promotional opportunities between event marketing clients and The Shops at Columbus Circle, and integrated luxury aesthetic throughout Time Warner Center through upscale events and promotions. Other responsibilities included negotiating and managing all terms, logistics and operations; from inception through execution, independently generating additional revenue through via short term leases and activations, managing income/expense schedules, being responsible for all summary reports and managing marketing/events assistants and interns.One of my most beloved projects, I created the approved business plan to launch ancillary business, "Location Experiences", which provided the entertainment industry locations from portfolio for film shoots and media activity. I also initiated a joint venture with SL Green Realty Corporation to activate a REIT portfolio with media activity.
