I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry and Toxicology from Iowa State University, and over two years of experience in data architecture and harmonization for life sciences.I also develop and update vendor-agnostic schema for harmonized data ingestion, and serve as a scientific subject matter expert in chromatography. I work with customer data scientists to improve data querying from the TetraScience data platform databases using SQL and ElasticSearch via APIs. I create python scripts for internal and external-facing tools for accessing and reducing data, and updating data labels and metadata. My mission is to keep life sciences data integrated, harmonized, and accessible.
