My role focused on positioning Consult as New Zealand's most trusted recruitment partner - which we did. Despite being a specialist recruitment firm, we became Aotearoa's most valued recruitment brand boasting the highest following in market. By focusing on offering value to our audience we grew by nearly 30,000 followers in two years with an average engagement rate of +31%. We do this by challenging what people expect as recruitment norms, sharing our extensive industry knowledge and delivering unforgettable experiences for talent and clients. The other side of my role focused on driving commercial success for the business. I did this by leading contract negotiations with partners and suppliers, providing in-house legal advice to our consulting team and assessing risk for the business. I led the project team that launched New Zealand's first 5G network.Reporting to the Vodafone executive, I was responsible for the development and execution of the Go-to-Market brand & comms strategy + the coordination of the wider project team to ensure 5G network go live and roll-out, channel readiness and the conclusion of mobile device negotiations.I now work on a global panel of independent experts consulting on 5G mobile and fixed wireless technologies.

I was responsible for the development and implementation of the Vodafone brand & marketing strategy, taking accountability for overall brand consideration. Highlights:- Global Campaign of the Year 2019: Peer voted by 26 Vodafone markets

Based at Philips' Global HQ in Amsterdam, I worked with over 40 markets to develop digital brand communications strategy and campaigns for the Philips Consumer Electronics, Healthcare and Lighting businesses.

I was the client service lead for the Ministry of Health, Caltex, Cigna Insurance and the Electricity Authority.

I worked on ANZ, BMW, Mini, Prime TV (Sky) and Vodafone Business. I was 'FCB Client Service Person of the Year' Runner-Up in 2014.

Just like a can of V, this was a fast & furious contract at Colenso. I worked on the V Energy Drink, Monteith’s and DB Export brands. I even found time to terrorise a golf course with giant golf balls shaped go-carts (see video below).

As brand manager, it was my responsibility to drive an outstanding festival experience across all the Rhythm and Vines event properties. I was a key member of the team that delivered the inaugural Rhythm & Alps event.

In 2010, R&V ran a competition to find an apprentice for the event's founder. I beat more than 70 applicants over 6 weeks of challenges to become the original R&V Protege.

I was a solicitor working on venture capital investments, corporate restructuring and banking/finance arrangements. I also worked closely with the firms intellectual property team particularly in trademark protection and infringement disputes.
