Originally hired to assist in an M&A effort, I was responsible for:• Data management & migration• System and Network management• Routing and Security analysisIn a 3-month time period I accomplished:• Consolidated 3 different ERP's into one operational ERP database with a split accounting function run in Dynamics GP. • Executed a custom data Migration in MS SQL, consolidating the warehouse management product, and correcting for inventory and journal issues. • Coordinated with operations within the warehouse to ensure stability throughout the transition.• Performed a full security overhaul for endpoints, networking and communication systems.• Built out load balancers and reverse proxy systems for client facing systems. • Established BGP networking to meet the availability and zone requirements for 6 ecommerce sites hosted at inhouse datacenters

Accomplishments:• Led a team of technical and operational team members supporting multiple company departments and business verticals. • Directly lead ERP consolidation, Warehouse Management Implementation and vendor/ client API integration to automate needed business operations.• Gathered requirements, built and established new operational processes for procurement and inventory allocation designed to establish JIT inventory forecasting, based on a custom MS SQL database unique to the industry/business space• Worked with the team to overhaul the manufacturing process and establish technology for measuring waste.
