In 2019, we decided to use the skills we had learned from starting Betsy & Francis to teach other conscious, small business owners how to transform and scale their businesses. Betsy & Francis now provide 1:1 coaching for female-led, conscious small business owners who are burnt out, overwhelmed, and short on time.

My main duties included conceptual thinking, sketching, pitching ideas, pixel-perfect design & tenaciously seeking new ways to engage with their audiences.
