Primary responsibility was to produce consistent daily profit in multiple accounts for high net worth individuals. I was engaged in daily trading on the NYSE,NASDAQ, AMEX, and FOREX markets. I developed, and implemented algorithmic trading systems. I also made discretionary trades based on analysis of technical and fundamental conditions.

Developed sales initiatives and helped grow company from 7 employees to 30; from $3 million to $18 million annual NET. Directed all Canadian sales efforts, and was responsible for sales in 27 US states; achieved territory sales growth of over 900% and increased customer base by 200%. Implemented Field Representative management program and managed 12 Field Representatives. Oversaw and edited the creation of an employee manual. Marketing roles included designing packaging and copy for new products, writing website copy, overseeing product and model photo shoots, starring in web based advertisements and live broadcast interviews.
