Provide advice and recommendations, based upon my experience and expertise, for Tyler Jail products, required interfaces and Software as a Service (SaaS).• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure both client and Tyler goals and visions are aligned• Facilitate regular executive meetings to define and proactively drive progress towards desired metrics and outcomes• Work at all levels in matters regarding legislative mandates and impacts• Lead initiatives with customers to drive increased utilization of existing product functionality and the adoption of new features and offeringsSOLUTION EXECUTIVE (2010 – 2015)Responsible for developing the Odyssey Jail marketing initiatives that include marketing collateral, white papers, pricing, website content, partner development, video testimonials, identify regional & national trade shows to attend, develop lead generation campaigns, presentations/demos and determine target markets.Conduct business process reviews with prospective customers to understand their specific needs and to tailor a message that addresses their business objectives. Conduct in-depth onsite presentations and demonstrations of Odyssey Jail Manager product and services to prospective customers. Develop new content for proposals, and customize existing content to reflect specific client requirements within required time frames.

In addition to sales, was responsible for management of the customer base providing consulting services, upgrades and add on products. Experience in working with engineering and development teams, with third party solution providers and OEM companies to ensure that future applications will remain on the leading edge providing existing and new customers with the most advanced hardware and software solutions available.

Customers/prospects include Chevron, Exxon/Mobil, YUM Brands, Arby’s and CVS. Highly successful in formulating relationships between TIR and suppliers on behalf of current customers and prospects.
