Recruited to rejoin Leidos to support the Navy NMCI contract as Manager of the End User Services Engineering organization. Responsible for managing contract performance and execution for 32 direct reports, including employees and sub-contractors. Technical scope included managing all client-side engineering for over 300k seats across the Navy. Led reorganization efforts to integrate delivery teams with engineering, right-size operations, and align processes for agile DevOps delivery. Captured numerous awards fees and successfully achieved all SLAs.
