As Region 4 Director, I am responsible for the leadership and management of a 7-state region and Mexico through our Regional Leadership Team. This includes engaging in activities that promote regular communications of ALA services and benefits to our members, potential members and other industry-related people and groups. I am an ambassador of ALA and visit chapters promoting and sharing the mission and goals of the organization. As a member of the Board of Directors, I work with other Directors and the Executive Committee to advance creative strategies that direct the Association, drive innovation in legal organizations, and promote and develop members through networking, professional development and resources.
