Some highlights from across my career showcasing my abilities include:• Steering all stages of servicing portfolios from $3M to $60M in delinquent tax liens/tax deeds/REO and ranging from a few hundred to 6K properties with an aggregate market value over $250M. • Being instrumental in garnering multiple precedent-setting rulings in AL and DC on tax lien litigation cases and currently serve as one of two lead plaintiffs in an active class-action suit before the Alabama Supreme Court.• Holding a senior role, coordinating with Duff & Phelps, in the execution of the second ever tax lien securitization and the first ever multi-territorial tax lien securitization. • Introducing cutting-edge technology including proprietary site inspection software, mobile field servers, digital cameras, and GIS mapping software, enabling the due diligence teams to increase site inspections by 500%+ while improving correct property identification.• Successfully initiating and supervising 2K+ pre- and full foreclosures across thirteen states and the District of Columbia.• Strategizing and executing due diligence, evaluation, cash flow modeling, tranche stratification, and bid preparation for 60+ large RFP or third-party bulk lien, deed, and REO sales.
