With over 15 years of experience in the energy and resources sector, I have developed a deep expertise in LNG, oil, and gas marketing, trading, and shipping, as well as LNG project development, operations, and infrastructure.I partner with executives and senior business management to deliver innovative and effective solutions that align with the CEO and Board's commercial objectives and vision. I have successfully negotiated and executed multiple multi-billion dollar deals, including long-term LNG SPAs, oil project contracts, carbon-neutral cargoes, long-term pipeline gas sales agreements (GSPAs), and joint and equity lifting arrangements.In advising global portfolio teams, I have extensive experience in managing complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, such as sanctions, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
