The Board of Careers Choices Dewis Gyrfa (CCDG) is responsible for the governance and compliance with the corporate governance code. The Board's role is to satisfy that an appropriate governance structure is in place to ensure that the company operates within the policy framework set by Welsh Government.

With over 1,700 members, this is a group for anyone interested in the use of agile to create a better way of working. Anyone is welcome, experience of agile methods isn't necessary.

Commercial and strategic focus for the Academy Division within the DevOpsGroup, driving extensive and sustainable growth. As an integral part of this leadership team, we created and executed against a successful north star strategy which resulted in Amdocs, a $4bn revenue Nasdaq company, acquiring DevOpsGroup for $26m in 2021.

Agile Snap was established to offer expert Agile training and coaching from a range of seasoned practitioners. Agile Snap’s vision was to enable individuals, teams and organisations understand and apply the benefits of an Agile and DevOps approach throughout their transformation.I founded and subsequently scaled Agile Snap into a sustainable digital consultancy. Strong strategic growth resulted in the acquisition by DevOpsGroup in 2017 for an undisclosed fee, to establish the foundations of their new Academy Division.

Taking an Agile Coach role for key IBM clients, such as VISA. Working with project teams to aid their Agile transition and ensure continuous delivery and improvement was delivered.

As a Scrum Master, worked with high profile clients, such as Telefonica and Virgin Money to ensure their application requirements were delivered as efficiently as possible with Scrum methodologies. As a Coach to Monitise themselves, I worked closely with the Head of Agile on company-wide Agile strategy, including recruitment, team structure and process roll-out.

Responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of projects across all delivery teams: from scheduling through to process improvement. Coaching, training and working with teams to improve the way they implement Agile.

Responsible for client project management and also team leader to a team of developers. Highly involved in strategic objectives and process refinement using Agile methodologies.

Project management using a range of methodologies for various clients. Waterfall, Prince, Agile and hybrid techniques all practiced, as well as program management for key clients.

Responsible for management of internal CMS platform development and planning. Project management of multiple bespoke client projects simultaneously.
