Administrators would use our software to remotely manage their estate of PCs. I was responsible for 126 local authority and academic clients. The software is used on 70% of all public PCs in the UK. In addition to the core product offering there are various add-on modules (including WiFi Printing) and Technical Services (including Application Server Upgrades and Migrations). Pricing depended on the size of a client’s PC estate. Typically pitching to C-suite (Heads of Service, IT and Finance) the sales cycle when on-boarding new clients could take a few months but was considerably shorter when selling add-on modules to existing clients. Our larger clients included Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire Councils along with several London Boroughs. My achievements and responsibilities included: • Lorensbergs financial year Jan to Dec 2019 hit 125% of my portion of the new business sales target having sold Enterprise SAAS solutions into Kent, Lambeth, Rotherham and Doncaster Councils amongst others.• Successfully protected 95%+ of annually recurring support revenue from existing clients. • I hit 157% of my Technical Services sales target and 156% of my WiFi Printing sales target. • Achieving sales targets in line with company plan. • Contacting and engaging with prospects, qualifying new leads using MEDDIC or MANACT.• Consultative selling borrowing from both SPIN and Challenger sales methodologies. • Developing and managing 3 separate pipelines.• See CV for more details. -

Our Digital Signage SAAS platforms would be used by businesses to remotely manage the digital content displayed on their estate of screens. I started as a Sales Executive before being promoted to Business Development Account Manager and was also a Director. I eventually had sole responsibility for all the day-to-day business operations. Sales ranged from £100.00 e-Commerce purchases to £10K SAAS Enterprise Solutions to £20K site fitouts to £650K retail rollouts. The sales cycle was varied with most sales being project-based needing consultation and solution selling lasting several months. Higher profile end-clients included; Samsung USA, Sky, British Airways, L’Occitane, National Express, Easy Coffee, Tensator, Hidden Hearing, Business Design Centre, GCHQ. My achievements and responsibilities included:• Business Development. Client and site visits as required. Cold calling when required.
