• Lead, develop, and co-manage two sales teams with 18 Broadcast and Digital Account Executives to surpass multi-million dollar digital sales goals.• Direct mobile and desktop sales for www.nbcchicago.com and www.telemundochicago.com, including: video, native and targeted display advertising.• Manage the T.V. Everywhere sales efforts across NBC and Telemundo, including; O.T.T. and live-stream sports (NFL, Superbowl, Olympics, World Cup, PGA, EPL).• Spearhead new business revenue through creative customized sponsorships for Agency and Client Direct partners.• Drive sales efforts for out of home partnerships with Verifone and Captivate properties.

• Develop and cultivate multi-million dollar annual list of advertisers. Including multiplatform sponsorships on NBC, www.nbcchicago.com, COZI-TV digital station, and out of home offerings.• Build and strengthen new business and relationships with key clients including Advocate Hospitals, AutoNation, AT&T, Broadway in Chicago, Hyundai Dealers, Kia Dealers, Chicagoland Honda Dealers, Starwood Hotels, MB Financial, Jewel-Osco Grocery Stores, Miller Coors, Steak and Shake, Papa John’s, White Castle, and Universal Pictures.• Creatively grow new station revenue with sponsorships and integrations in Olympic Games, Chicago Blackhawks NHL Stanley Cup, NFL Sunday Night Football, Ryder Cup Golf from Medina, Chicago Auto Show, Sports Sunday and News Sports Desk Sponsorships.• Active agency relationships with Initiative, Group M, Hoffman York, Zimmerman, RPA, Canvas Worldwide, and Broadway in Chicago.

• Cultivate and sustain a multimillion dollar list of television and web advertisers while growing and nurturing relationships between station personnel and media buyers. • Sell and maintain broadcast television commercial inventory throughout the country in TV markets including: Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington D.C., Denver CO, Miami, New York, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Indianapolis, and Grand Rapids.• Create sports sponsorships and partnerships for local promotions and community events including NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, NCAA football and basketball.• Agency relationships with Starcom Worldwide, Spark, RPA, GSD&M, Zenith Media, Group M Motion, Kelly Scott and Madison, Ogilvy Eicoff, and Progressive Insurance (in-house agency).
