In 2018, James Ling joined the National Health Service (NHS), marking a significant turning point in his career. As an integral part of the NHS Trust ESNEFT, he took on the responsibility of reducing the gap between IT and staff as well as leading ICT Support teams, for both 1st and 2nd line support.
