Managed every facet of operations for an entire Carrier Strike Group. Responsible for aligning the competing priorities of a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, a cruiser, seven destroyers and 66 warplanes into a focused (and executable) mission plan.

Served as the senior action officer for the (then) largest peacetime naval exercise in history. Planned and executed the 2012 RIM of the PACific (RIMPAC) maneuvers, an armada consisting of 46 warships and 25,000 participants from 22 different countries.

Sailed the nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln across 62,272 nm of open ocean, through multiple Straits transits and within the busiest sea lanes on the planet without incident.

Responsible for the combat performance of 180 enlisted personnel and 24 naval officers operating a squadron of EA-6B Prowler jet aircraft during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). Supported coalition ground forces from former Iraqi airbases and from the USS Enterprise (CVN-65).

Responsible for the management of the $1.7B aviation readiness account. Disbursed over $808M to operational and support commands throughout the fleet. Implemented high fidelity funding profiles for 76 squadrons, ensuring efficiency across multiple warfare areas.

Led multiple departments (maintenance, admin, safety) during two overseas deployments. Responsible for the production effort and material support of the command's ten S-3B Viking aircraft and an operating budget of $2.6M.

Led 140 enlisted personnel and 9 officers in the launching and recovering of jet aircraft in what is considered the most dynamic and hazardous work environment in the world.

Taught advanced tactics to elite aircrew in Naval Aviation's prestigious center of excellence for advanced tactical training. Provided weekly public speaking/teaching apperances in front of large audiences. Teaching skills included lectures, briefs and hands-on intruction in the cockpit.

Deployed onboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Supported joint exercises in South America, Canada and throughout the Caribbean.
