As Group Commercial Director, I sit on both our UK and International leadership team and use my 18+ years in affiliate marketing to help continued to grow the business.I enjoy a fairly varied role at the business which currently includes leading our US Partnerships team (team of 16) and launching new products (Browser Extension, Gift Card Mall, In-store and others).As the largest pure play affiliate in Europe, and one of the largest in the world, I also believe TopCashback have a responsibility to not just continue our growth, but also help grow the overall affiliate industry, which is why I also launched Affiliate Huddle and founding the Publisher Board.

I joined Top Cashback in May 2011 to setup a London based office and help the company create stronger relationships with our large base of affiliate networks and advertisers. Since then the London team has expanded rapidly, going from one or two of us working out of a members club to a decent sized office near Embankment with a mix of 10 friendly brand advocates.The Client Partnerships team that I head up has also undergone major changes which have helped us consistently get the best deals for out 2m+ members. We have gone from a team of two overworked but very talented cashback experts to sixteen also very overworked but very talented cashback experts! Meeting clients daily and helping our partners delivery on their targets and objectives has really helped move the business to the next level in the affiliate space.More recently I’ve been involved in the launch of our offline cashback solution, Snap & Save and negotiated a deal with Tesco to allow us to offer our members the opportunity to receive their payout in clubcard points.We have some ambition growth targets in 2013 and I’m thoroughly enjoying helping us get there.

AffiliateHuddle continues to grow and continues to be completely FREE to attend. Held in London every year it's a one day affiliate conference dedicated to Affiliate Marketing for around 800 or marketing professionals. The event was a vision of mine and organised with Kelvin of BrightonSEO fame. I help with getting sponsors, organising the agenda and getting people along - so essentially making the day a big success.

As the Client Services Director at AffiliateFuture there are many tasks but the main focus is all about relationships, be it creating new ones or helping develop the ones that AffiliateFuture has spent the past 8 years building.Looking after 5 of the hardest working individuals in the industry the team is responsible for both publisher and advertiser relationships for a number of key clients at AffiliateFuture.

I originally joined Altogether Digital (then Eyefall and now WCRS&Co) when it was a small team of SEO and PPC experts to be able to provide affiliate marketing services for their clients.It was an exciting time for the agency which was owned by ENGINE and within days of joining I was required to go and pitch (and win!) for business across in-house and wider agency clients.During my time I created an in-house network (Altogether Ads) and ran campaigns for the likes of Norwich Union, William Hill and Scottish Friendly. I bought on a number of new clients and increased the billing on many existing clients across the group.Reporting to the MD & CEO of the Altogether I created a small yet highly profitable department.
