In my initial role as an Instructional Designer, I helped to build courses and and create strategies for implementing security awareness training based on a learner-centered approach.My role evolved into one as a courseware technologist where I help guide the efforts of courseware support services for the Courseware Development Sector. This requires working with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support, Product and R&D, as well as internal and external customers to not only understand issues, but to get to the root of the problems in order to provide long-term solutions.Additional duties also include updating or fixing courses in the KnowBe4 Course Player as well as performing light front end development duties. I also provide backup support for the Administering the ModStore.This position also requires an in-depth understanding of KnowBe4’s platform from a courseware perspective—the ModStore itself, brandable content, Content Manager, Uploaded Content, managing training campaigns, users, and groups—this also includes a in-depth knowledge of our ModStore content, third-party vendor content, and how our third party vendors operate, especially with regards to translations.
