Secret Harbour Shopping Centre Expansion $62M 18,000 square meters with an additional 40 retail tenancies.Secondment to APP Perth's office, where I relocated for 3 months. Working in a CA role, I was brought on to close out the project cost and act as APP's representative to Charter Hall between Perth and Sydney offices. The project involved the refurbishment of the existing shopping centre and the addition of a Coles, Woolworthes, Aldi and 40 retail tenancies.
