Coordinated with Supply and Demand Planning to ensure production and forecasts were accurate. Led a team of five direct reports that supported 3500 field users for Kraft Foods order to cash suite of systems. The team was tasked with providing first call resolution for system issues. My responsibilities included system application training, career growth plans to develop direct reports, and year-end performance reviews.

Specialized in the Materials Management area of training and installing homegrown MRP system in Kraft Foods plants. Primary support / ongoing training for plant personnel once system was installed. Developed and published “Best Practices” for plants on the system. Promoted to Customer Service Resource Team Manager.
