Manage the day-to-day technical operations for Capital Hospice, a healthcare company that operates 24x7. During my time at Capital Hospice I have been involved in a variety of different IT responsibilities including: having decision making ability on major IT projects, training end users, managing vendors and partners, and communicating with executive leadership. My overall information technology experience includes:- Manager of a helpdesk for a company that has 550+ employees, which 250 + are mobile users- Manage 300 laptops, 250 desktops, 400 + mobile devices (blackberries, cell phones, air cards)- Manage major applications including financial, hr, and clincal enterprise systems- Collaborate with CIO on department budget and policies- Work with management group with decisions on network infrastructure which consists of 6 offices, I inpatient center, 20+ servers, Net App and EMC storage, Cisco VOIP system
