I am a relationship manager for Commercial Banking customers in North Eastern Nova Scotia. I provide customized advice and solutions that help businesses manage cash flows, finance capital assets, mitigate risk through general insurance advice, and implementing proper financial controls to protect businesses. In this role, I acted as a sales manager, and sales coach to improve employee performance. I was also responsible for sourcing and hiring new talent for RBC. My greatest accomplishments in this role included meeting or exceeding sales targets, building employee engagement and trust with teams, and seeing new employees succeed in their roles. This role required good negotiation skills, coaching skills, time management, and ability to effectively manage change.
