I am a Special Counsel in McCullough Robertson's Insurance and Corporate Risk group and provide advice on a broad range of insurance issues such as compliance, indemnity, liability, quantum, statutory entitlement and contribution. Working with clients from a range of industries and professions, I have experience in a variety of litigated and non-litigated claims. To ensure clients understand the scope and operation of their insurance programs, I undertake policy wording reviews across all classes of insurance and propose recommendations for revisions to the policy terms, resulting in optimum and responsive insurance coverage to address clients’ operational risk exposures.I also have a strong focus in managing and assisting clients to achieve successful insurance claims resolutions.
