Within the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Clinic- Investigate cold case lynchings in the Deep South during the 1930s–70s using primary source data found in genealogical databases and state archives, and secondary source data such as newspaper articles to determine facts of the case- Draft case mock-ups detailing the background facts of each case and its most recent legal status - Edit citations and log necessary permissions to help prep Director’s manuscript for publishing

Responsibilities Include:- Establish and chair the Caucus’s three key branches: the General Assembly for individual students of color, the Coalition for Northeastern Student Organizations of Color (CNSOC) for student organizations primarily serving students of color, and the Secretariat which serves to administer the entire Caucus through its Secretaries, Chief Officers, and Committees- Oversee the projects and initiatives of the Caucus’s Secretaries of Correspondence, Data Intelligence, Treasury, and Programs as well as the Chief Administrative Officer and Caucus Parliamentarian to ensure efficient and effective long-term operations- Facilitate monthly Town Halls to address topics related to racial injustice in higher education aimed at increasing cultural competencies amongst Northeastern students, faculty, and staff by providing space for cross-cultural understanding- Approve Motions to Act from Committees or Caucus Members and assist in drafting General Assembly Resolutions- Designed the Caucus’s website (NSCCaucus.org) to provide up to date information to the Caucus Community and facilitate ease of access for new members to learn about our daily operations, policies, and procedures

Within The Center for Intercultural Engagement- Develop, implement, execute, and measure the effectiveness of the center's Digital Communications Strategy including such platforms as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Spotify, and our website.- Work with student organizations to develop diversity and inclusion trainings that fit their professional and personal needs focused on identity development and social framework analysis- Created weekly educational programming centered around issues facing marginalized and underrepresented communities the United States and abroad such as an “Introduction to Oppression for Non-Social Science Majors.” This program led to increased awareness and interest in social issues by students as well as one programming assistant application - Challenge students’ beliefs to encourage dialogue and expand understanding of issues facing different communities in order to raise cultural competency amongst the Northeastern student body and improve support networks for marginalized students- Interviewed potential director candidates and provided feedback to hiring committee

Within The Office of Student Orientation & Parent/Family Programs- Reconciled and archived the office's four separate budgets to ensure accurate documentation of all monthly transactions- Created, implemented, and measured comprehensive digital communications strategies across social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Website, and mobile app- Imagined and created unique user persona for the office brand complete with Myers-Briggs personality-type designation, goals and motivations, and frustrations and challenges to guarantee a unified voice on social media platforms despite changes in future account managers; accompanied with Brand & Style Guide to explain photoediting tips, and user-persona run-down- Managed the parent webinar series, Tuesday Talks, providing audiovisual technical support during live webinars, guiding participating campus partners in AdobeConnect use, and editing recordings using Adobe PremierePro software- Edited website and mobile app using HTML to maintain an up-to-date, informative, easy to navigate, and aesthetically pleasing digital atmosphere for clientele

Within The Office of Student Orientation & Parent/Family Programs- Prepared nametags, student packs, and parent totes for 12 orientation sessions for over 3500 students and families- Facilitated discussions on diversity, inclusion, and university life with groups of ten or more incoming first year students that enabled and encouraged social, academic, and identity development to better prepare incoming students for a university setting

Within The Department of Residential Life- Assisted Residence Director and Resident Assistants with various administrative tasks such as answering the phone, sorting paperwork, collecting mail, and organizing office spaces - Strategized on best advertisement locations for Residence Hall programming which resulted in reports of both expected and higher than expected program attendance amongst community residents by Resident Assistants

- Prepared up to 8 baking racks consisting of 15 to 20 trays with various dough types daily and closed bakery at end of work day- Imagined and constructed unique cakes, cupcakes, and other pastries using different icings, fillings, toppings, and decorating tools- Reorganized Excel spreadsheets which resulted in an approximate 30-minute decrease in bakery inventory management time- Demonstrated excellent customer service for in-person and phone orders, customer query response, and client complaint resolution- Trained 6 new bakery associates and 3 new cake decorating associates
