Being well-organized has helped navigate me through various academic and professional environments.From a young age, I was taught that gratitude and respect towards others are a given, and I have since translated these lessons into the career that I pursue today. I love to learn from my mistakes. I hate to be the smartest in the room.I have worked with the public in both slow-paced and fast-acting environments, and I have found that patience and compassion are key to customer service.   As part of a research team working on novel transmembrane receptors on cells encapsulated in peptide-conjugated photocrosslinkable hydrogels, I performed daily experiments to meet the requirements of weekly goals. Biweekly research presentations were given to update lab mentors on the experiments, and I collaborated with team members to learn professional-grade lab techniques.
