I was the leader of the the System Development Tools and Methods domain. The domain ensured sharing between Power Financial companies in application tooling and infrastructure delivery processes, providing annual Return-On-Investment of 50-100% for each participating company. The domain:- provided productivity tools for software development practitioners.

I architected productivity tools for software developers working principally in Java ecosystem. These tools were used by practitioners within the Power Financial affiliated companies.

I was the technical lead for a growing team of web software developers that eventually consisted of 20 to 25 software developers. We created web applications for the Investors Group nation-wide network of financial planners. Originally work was done in VB 6 and ASP. In 2004, we began to work in Java and JSP.
