CurrentHousing | High Rise | Residential | Hotels | Offices | Special OccupancyRENOVATION – Project Management (Various Multiple Projects)• Participates to conceptualization of the project by giving inputs to possible project challenges and difficulties upon execution.• Evaluates client terms of reference and generates scopes of works and matrix of responsibilities.• Manage sourcing of contractors and evaluates proposals via Cost Proposal Comparative evaluations.• Participates to bidding as management evaluates scopes and project considerations prior awarding to chosen winning bidder.• Prepares bidding documents such as scope of works, general project schedule and evaluation of contract drafts.• Prepares NTP in coordination with the Contractor’s official kick off for execution.• Constantly monitor, coordinate, evaluates methodologies, and manage work progress -- assuring project’s smooth work flow to completion.• Does the inspections and work closeout including turnover to end users.• Process billings and evaluation from DP, to progress billings, till retention and full closeouts.• System processing including IFCA, Sapphire, SAP. All preparations as required by the accounting.• Audits OSMs and monitoring deliveries and quantities assuring materials are enough for project completions.• Experienced with Higher level reporting with the Executives.REPAIR (Post Con) – Project Management• Surveiling Housing Marketing List for houses for repairs and keeping updates for every unit endorsed to our group.• Inspects Housing units to identify items for repairs.• Prepares scope of works and/or bill of quantities for endorsement to awarding.• Prepares bidding documents prior to awarding.• Coordinates with the Contractor’s execution and methodologies.• Keeping tabs with contractor’s progress.• Evaluates contractor’s billings.• Updates Monitoring and provides progress reports.
