▪ Monitor all Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC mortgage portfolio debt – Review all loan documents for acquisitions (new lenders) and refinancing before closing relative to the accounting function, insurance and loan guaranty impact to Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC. ▪ Oversee refinance group, monitor loan due date summary and work with lenders regarding refinancing and loan extensions.▪ Oversee loan module project, web portal, in order for all loan data for property debt, unsecured debt and Triple Net Properties, LLC debt can reside in one central repository. ▪ Work with lenders on operating loan issues, DCR issues, and insurance issues for acquisitions, refinancing.▪ Monitor loan draw process.▪ Insurance – Responsible for all aspects of the real estate insurance program for Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC. Responsibilities include working with brokers on annual renewal, insurance quotes, insurance certificates, reviewing lender requirements, reviewing vendor contract language, monitoring claims processing, invoice payments and quarterly reconciliations.

▪ Oversee the accounting function for a portfolio of properties including review of financial statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis.
