I am a passionate urbanist, responsible for the 2020 PIA award winning 20-minute neighbourhood policy and program and the Future Homes program for the Victorian Government. I advocate for walkable, healthy compact places, timeless design, place based planning and working in partnership with communities.I worked on developing Plan Melbourne 2017-2050, Melbourne’s whole-of-government metropolitan strategy, which received a commendation from the Planning Institute of Australia. Previously I worked in the State Government’s Rural Council Planning Flying Squad providing support to regional councils and later delivering the government planning response to the Bushfire Royal Commission. I trained in the UK and Netherlands and started my career in Dublin, Ireland.
