Alys Beach is a Mediterranean style resort being built on the guidelines of New Urbanism, and is a community that excels in customer service, resort amenities and community interconnectedness, and is at the forefront in the areas of architecture, and interior and landscape design.Assisted in leading the Guest Services team in maintaining a direct relationship with Alys Beach homeowners, guests and the general public and helped provide information on Alys Beach's history, community design plan, up-coming events, resort areas of interest and vacation rentals.Duties included the promotion, booking and handling of guest reservations, welcoming guests and owners to the Alys Beach community, ensuring that all homes were set and ready to Alys Beach standards, and acting as an on-site concierge for guests and owners. Management duties included the scheduling of office staff, setting seasonal vacation rental rates, and the fielding and problem solving of an guest or rental property related problem that may arise.

Managed the Alys Shoppe, Alys Beach's merchandising and branding store. Maintained a working inventory in the Shoppe and in the storage warehouse, and organized the Shoppe’s displays and shelves to best display the merchandise. Worked directly with the Style Designer of Alys Beach, and took on the tasks of ordering additional merchandise, and providing information on which items and styles sold best, as well as suggesting ideas on new branding designs. A direct relationship with the general public was facilitated through the Shoppe and provided information on Alys Beach’s history, community design plan, up-coming events and resort areas of interest.

Interiorscapes is a Birmingham based company specializing in custom Corporate Holiday Décor Design and installations, Corporate Event Design and Production, Interior Plantscape Design and maintenance.Oversaw visual production projects for clients in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and the Gulf Coast and was responsible for building the projects from the initial client meeting to final installation. It was at Interiorscapes that I sharpened my managerial and logistical skills, and was able to incorporate my design sense into practical applications.Managed and scheduled visual production project installations for all divisions of the company; installations with teams as large as 40 persons. These installations often required truck, boom lifts, and crane rentals and he was in charge of the loading and unloading and movement of these vehicles and pieces of equipment as the job and timeframe specifications required.

Prepared, built, and painted exhibition spaces, while collaborating with the artists to finalize both technical and aesthetic details.As a Biennale Gallery Attendant, supervised and cared for artwork during public viewing hours, while providing visitors information about the artists and their artwork.
