Dow Jones acquired Cerico, a third party risk management business I founded in March 2018. As Head of KYBP in Dow Jones I am responsible for the exponential growth of the software and services business into the corporate market globally. Responsibility for developing the eCommerce value propositions for the European AMS Business Unit including eCRM, eProcurement and eCommerce.

James provided technical and business project management expertise to a number of projects for KPMG including a strategy engagement for Transport for London addressing information management across the organisation, a European wide application for the credit card application process for Visa EMEA, a region wide intranet for Visa CEMEA and an IT.

James provided technical project management for a large number of 3Com contracts across the UK including Banking, Public Sector, Automotive and Retail.

At the startup of Daewoo Cars UK James was responsible for the development, rollout and operation of the IT infrastructure spanning 250 sites across the UK. At the time the network was the largest ISDN data implementation within Europe.
